Strivectin SD Review

Strivectin is a topical cream used to treat stretch marks. The manufacturer claims that after a clinical study 93% of participants showed a "significant, visible reduction in the appearance of stretch marks". The study would be more convincing if more details about it were given, including who conducted it.

How does Strivectin work?

On their website, the manufacturer of Strivectin states that their product is a proprietary mix of "skin firming agents, elasticizers, and skin hydrators". Elasticity is the ability of an object to return to it's original state when stretched. They also claim that Strivectin is effective for reducing wrinkles.

The evidence for Strivectin's effectiveness certainly isn't as strong as the manufacturer would have us believe. However, the product does seem to have a large market presence. That could be because of loyal repeat buyers and word of mouth advertising, or it could be great marketing.
